Guest Pass terms

1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of leisuremusic-events.com and the Guest Pass system operated by Leisure GmbH ("we"). By creating an account or requesting access to an event you accept these terms.
2. Account and Guest Pass
An account is personal and requires a valid e-mail address and a date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old. Your Guest Pass (QR code) identifies you personally; it may not be shared, sold or passed on. We may verify your identity at the entrance with a photo ID.
3. Access requests
A request for access is not a booking and does not guarantee admission. Access is granted at our discretion and subject to capacity. Approved access can be revoked at any time, for example in case of misuse, false information or event changes. Admission at the door remains subject to house rules, age checks and security.
4. No fee, no refund claims
The Guest Pass system is free of charge. Where an event requires a ticket or entrance fee, this is handled separately by the venue or promoter. We do not process payments on this website.
5. Cancellations and changes
Events may be postponed, changed or cancelled. We inform approved guests by e-mail where possible. Claims for travel or other expenses are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff and other guests. Violent, discriminatory or otherwise unacceptable behaviour leads to refusal or removal without any claim.
7. Photography and recordings
Photos and video recordings may be made at events for documentation and promotion. If you do not wish to appear, please inform our staff at the event.
8. Data protection
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
Austrian law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Contact: [email protected].
